You have the recording. But between the HVAC hum, the car engine noise, and the low microphone quality — no one can make out what was actually said. Opposing counsel is hoping you do nothing with this evidence. The court reporter can’t transcribe it. And the jury deserves to hear the truth.

Can any audio recording be cleaned up?
Most can be improved significantly. The degree of improvement depends on the original recording quality and the type of noise. During your initial paid evaluation, we review a sample of your audio, do initial testing, and give you a clear and honest assessment of what’s achievable before you commit further.
Will the enhanced audio be admissible?
Yes — when done forensically. Every enhancement is documented with chain of custody and a methodology report describing exactly what was modified and why. No AI allowed. We provide both the original and the enhanced version; the jury hears both.
Can you authenticate a recording I suspect has been edited?
Yes. Forensic authentication detects splices, edits, time-stamp inconsistencies, and signal anomalies that indicate tampering. We’ve debunked fabricated recordings and validated contested ones.
How fast can you turn around urgent audio work?
Standard turnaround for work is very dependent on the nature of the job, but 10-15 business days is not unusual. Trial-deadline rush work can be accommodated for a rush fee. Let’s discuss your court date during the conversation with our case manager.
Do you handle AI-generated voice cloning?
Yes. Voice cloning and deepfake audio detection is one of our specialty areas. As AI voice synthesis becomes more common, forensic authentication is increasingly critical. We use spectrographic analysis, metadata, and pattern detection to identify synthetic audio.
To give every case the attention it deserves — evidence review, expert analysis, court-ready exhibits, and testimony prep — we cap new engagements.
If your trial date is approaching, don’t wait. Most forensic enhancement work requires a minimum of 2-3 weeks lead time for court-ready reports and expert testimony prep. Depending on the complexity of the case, several months lead time may be ideal.
