What’s the difference between the evidence files we already have and what you can extract?
It could be massive. Badly done file saves can compress the original footage by 50–90%, drop to single-channel video, lose audio, and reduce resolution. The original DVR file is what the camera actually captured — full resolution, full frame rate, all channels, with audio and metadata intact.
How fast can you get onsite?
Most locations within 24–72 hours. Truly time-sensitive deployments (pre-auto-delete, pre-demolition) can often be same-day. Call us first — we’ll coordinate with whoever controls the system.
What DVR brands and formats do you work with?
All of them. VHS-based systems, Hikvision, Dahua, Uniview, Swann, Lorex, Ring, Nest, proprietary retail chain systems — even obscure legacy formats. If it recorded, we can usually extract it.
